I have a lot of cobwebs on my terrace with bags in a straight line down the middle. Someone knows this guy?

I many spider webs on my terrace with bags in a straight line down the middle. Anyone know what this type of spider could be? I never see the real spiders only bags "in a straight line in the middle. They are on my patio furniture as well.

if they are within the Web itself, they are "containers" of the insect that has been taken … the spider fills his "closet" for a short time later when she will make her case of eggs and who need extra food at this time ….. If eggs are hidden, the weather, not left in the web …..
